Feature Presentation:  Let's get Interactive! IIBA Essential Competencies for Success

On November 28th, 2018, the IIBA Hartford Chapter will host an interactive exercise showcasing current techniques in demand in the digital business analysis practice.  In the IIBA Essential Competencies for Success whitepaper (found as a download on this site), three digital analysis profiles were detailed: 

• Digital Strategist
• Digital Specialist
• Digital Renaissance Professional

In this exercise, participants will practice some of the techniques needed for a high level of competency in the Digital Strategist profile.  Some of those techniques are:

• 10.6 Business Capability Analysis
• 10.8 Business Model Canvas
• 10.9 Business Rules Analysis
• 10.11 Concept Modeling
• 10.17 Decision Modeling
