Governance
The purpose of the Chapter is to promote the practice of business analysis, raise the profile of the business analyst role, and locally represent International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). The Chapter is run by a Board of Directors who are elected by Chapter members at the Annual General Meeting.
The Board meets on a regular basis to not only strategize and take care of general business but also to plan events, discuss guest speakers, and coordinate conference participation.

Hartford Chapter Bylaws as ratified with changes in April 2021. The Hartford Chapter is incorporated in the State of Connecticut as a nonprofit corporation and as such its by-laws aligned with the requirements of the State of Connecticut.
