Speaker:  Emre Evren, Senior Consultant/ Change Agent at The Hartford

Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement 
In this presentation, Emre will speak about the concepts of change and continuous improvement from a business analysis perspective. The topics that we will explore include 
- business analyst as a change agent; 
- problem solving through business analysis; and 
- application of continuous improvement principles to business analysis.

Emre Evren is a change agent and continuous improvement consultant at the Hartford. His current focus is on implementing Lean management system across various functional areas; providing coaching to leaders; and, supporting organizations through their journey to create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. A former business analyst, Emre previously worked with IT organizations in their continuous improvement efforts.

Emre is an avid music fan, enjoys the outdoors and traveling. He lives in Western Massachusetts with his family.
