Join the IIBA Hartford, CT Chapter in a presentation and discussion on the roles of the Product Owner and Business Analyst on the Agile Team.
In many organizations the Product Owner and Business Analyst are two individuals often from  different parts of the organization. The purpose of the presentation and discussion is to explore the two roles and their respective unique and overlapping responsibilities and guide new Product Owners in gaining the skill set needed to be successful.

Monica Zapatka CBAP has over 25 years of experience in the public utility, healthcare and financial services sectors. She started out as a developer Program Analyst in a small company early in her career, navigated over to systems analysis and eventually found her passion in business analysis and promoting the Business analysis career path. She is currently a product owner at the Travelers Property Casualty where she has been employed for the last eleven years.  Monica has been active in the Hartford Chapter for ten years serving in a number of volunteer positions. She is also was on a review committee for creating the CBAP exam for  BABOK version 3.0.
